Ryan Chronister, CPA
Ryan graduated from Hartwick College in Oneonta, New York in 2010 with Bachelor’s Degrees in Accounting and Business Administration.
He entered the public accounting industry in 2010. He performs audits, reviews, compilations and provides tax and advisory services for a wide variety of clients.
Ryan has also prepared tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, and non-profits. Ryan is a member of the New York State Society of CPAs.
Cheryl DiStefano, CPA
Cheryl DiStefano, is a former CPA, a principal in the firm. Ms. DiStefano has a Bachelors Degree from Elmira College and a Master of Science degree in accounting from Binghamton University. She began working in public accounting in 1985. She has broad experience in auditing and accounting.
She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. Ms. DiStefano is a past president of the Southern Tier Chapter of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Former Treasurer of the Cider Mill Playhouse.
Ms. DiStefano lives in Windsor, New York.
Mary Graham, Accountant
Mary has worked in several different accounting environments over her 20-year career and has enjoyed them all. She worked for many years for large corporations holding varied positions within the finance/accounting department. She is an experienced bookkeeper and payroll specialist.
Mary loves being with her family, enjoys being outside, antiquing, and exploring old homes and museums.
Sajid Kabir, Accountant
Sajid Kabir graduated from Binghamton University in 2018 with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and is currently pursuing an additional Bachelor's in Accounting in order to acquire his CPA license.
He entered the public accounting field in 2024, performing audits, reviews, and compilations for a large variety of for profit and not for profit clients. In addition, he has prepared tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships as well as non-profits.
Sajid is an adept martial artist and prefers to train in his free time when not spending it with family, friends, or other loved ones.
Amanda Koplik, Administrator
Amanda Koplik joined the firm in June of 2019. Mandy graduated from Whitney Point Central School and Ridley Lowell Business Institute with a certification in Administration and Office Technology.
Mandy began working as an Administrative Assistant in the Certified Public Accounting industry in 1998.
Mandy resides in Maine, NY with her husband and enjoys spending her spare time playing with her 4 grandchildren.
Diane Lippsett, Accountant
Diane is an accountant with experience in bookkeeping, sales tax compliance, payroll tax reporting, and the preparation of tax returns for individuals and businesses. She is also a commissioned Notary Public.
Diane moved to Binghamton in 2024 from New York City. She enjoys spending time with her family and watching her children participate in their sport activities.
Melissa A. Morse, Accountant
Melissa Morse is a graduate of SUNY Oneonta with a B.S. in Accounting. Melissa entered public accounting in 2000 with a local CPA firm. She joined Vieira & Associates CPAs, P.C. in January 2016.
She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts. Melissa is a past Treasurer of The Discovery Center of the Southern Tier and currently serves as the Treasurer for the Vestal Lacrosse Booster Club where her son plays lacrosse.

Melissa currently resides in Endicott, New York with her two children.
Noor A. Nazar, CPA, MBA
Noor is a certified public accountant who graduated from Binghamton University’s School of Management. She graduated in 2018 with a B.S. in accounting, in 2019, with an M.S. in Accounting, and in 2020 with an MBA. She entered public accounting in 2019 at a local CPA firm and joined Vieira & Associates in 2021.
Noor performs audits, reviews, compilations and provides tax return preparation services to a variety of clients. Noor is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Matthew Nowakowski, Accountant
Matthew graduated SUNY Broome with an Associates in Accounting in 2024. Worked for a local non-profit organization for a year before joining Vieira and Associates, CPAs PC in 2025.
In his spare time he enjoys taking trips to New York City to see Broadway shows, collecting physical media, and watching movies with his loved ones. He lives in Conklin with his wife, son, 3 cats, and 2 dogs.
